Inspired by the work of   Dr Rosita Arvigo, I studied at Oregon School of Massage and received my Oregon LMT license in June 2007. In 2001 I earned my Charter Herbalist diploma from Dominion Herbal College completing my formal herbal education, which began with a 17-month training program with Cascade Anderson Geller.Having spent years as a child in equatorial Africa, I have been drawn to the climate and biogeography of Belize and it’s traditional healers and enjoyed studying there with Rosita Arvigo in the springs of 2008 and 2009.                                                                                                                     I have been involved in nurturing and healing all my life including: Cooking in a variety of settings - major resorts, mountain base camps, delis, ethnic inspired restaurants and camps; Teaching and running an herbal products company; Organizing large multi-day group camps and the Breitenbush Herbal Conference.        Now, as a licensed massage therapist I am continuing to build upon my healing and nurturing foundation. Join me in the Cottage on Sherman Street or at Potentials Wellness Center, both places where healing happens naturally, where each massage treatment is a relaxing, nurturing and stress relieving experience.
