Trudy and Tracy are Trillium Botanicals

Organizing this event is hard work, but it is a joy to be able to share these wonderful teachers in this magnificent place. Seeing all the smiley faces of the students and the great energy of the expanding Herbal community makes all the work so worth it.

Trudy Zimmerly
Trudy has been interested in plants since her Nanny first showed her yarrow in the meadows of Tanzania as a young child. Her passion for plants led her to Eastern Oregon where she met her husband of 21 years. Her teaching experience includes Birthingway College of Midwifery and community herbalism classes. She has learned much about life, plants and coordination events while raising her two daughters in Portland Oregon.

Tracy Bosnian
Tracy has a great passion for plants and animals. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Hawaii, she has been teaching medicinal herbalism classes since 1995, including Northwest Herbs at the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, co-teaching the Common Roots course in herbal medicine and cultivation with Krista Olson and loves sharing the joys of Herbal Soap Making. She lives in Portland Oregon with her husband, two yorkies and kitty.
